Web based parenting

Big data indicates there is a link between web based parenting and ladies employment sustainability.

Our cunning CEO, Stan, firmly supports working mom's rights and work work work work life balance, based on web enabled tools.

(Stan loves his family. He told me he has 3 or 4 kids. "I'll count them next time I'm home".)

Stan texted me today and ask me to put together a comprehensive plan in a timely fashion linking working motherhood and work work work life balance.

Here is what I sent to "all" by text, Whatsapp and Viber.

"In the framework of our HR-wow-plan , the  HR organization met for 45 minute on sight and put together the following milestones for Q4 to enhance working mothers' rights enabling a better work work work life balance.

1) A 90 second webinar on "putting work back into work-life balance". The webinar stresses the virtue of hard work.

2) Parenting via Spouse Empowerment. To be delivered by a Caucasian mother with a British accent.

3) Use of web based and bot enabled tools for parenting - a 2 minute webinar

4) Compulsory purchase of the book at a subsidized price: "Becoming a Parent at 55 Helps Achieve Stretch Goals"

  1. A sound plan. But, Gloria (if I may be so familiar) never forget that the road to hell is paved with good intentions, there's many a slip between the cup and the lip, and - of course - Nixon's Law: "if two wrongs don't make a right, try three."

"Understanding, commitment and follow through, that's what we need", as I always say.

First, you need to insist on buy-in.

Second, to separate people from the problem, you will need to establish objective measures of performance. You get what you measure.

Finally, you need to establish effective management controls: having set targets, monitor performance, identify variances and take remedial actions.

Never forget that damned human factor out there; it can be a wily little rascal.

For heavens sake lets be practical.
By 2 morrow Stan will have smsed me 4 new projects. I am too senior to be involved in the niceties of follow thru. For that I have an assistant, Miss Cynthia Ax.
      Thanks for your input.
